WHAT DO OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT US?

WHAT RENTAL PERIODS DO WE OFFER?

Rentals to suit your needs, we offer:​

  • Pick up and return days are Mondays and Fridays unless arranged otherwise in advance

  • Full week or multiple weeks , Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday 

  • A long weekend, Friday to Monday

  • A Short week, Monday to Friday 

  • Full weeks plus additional long weekend or short week

CAN WE LEAVE / PARK OUR CAR?

You can leave your car for free but at your own risk in our secure gated compound with 24hr CCTV cover.

CAN WE BOOK ON-LINE & WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can book online, please see Book your Motorhome.  Bank transfers or Card payments are accepted. 

​

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

​

At the time of booking, a non-refundable 25% deposit is needed to secure your booking.

The 75% hire balance is due no later than 30 days in advance of collection date.

CAN WE BRING PETS?

See our Terms and Conditions and please call or email us if you prefer on the contact details listed on the Contact Us page. Please do not book without contacting us first or we may have to decline your booking.

DO WE HAVE MOTORHOME STORAGE FACILITIES?

Unfortunately not at the moment as all our available plots are taken.

DO WE OFFER NHS DISCOUNTS?

DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

A £1,000 damage/security deposit must be paid on collection of the motorhome (£1,500 for European travel). The deposit will be fully refunded within 10 working days of the end of the hire period minus any costs as detailed in Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.

CAN I BUY A GIFT VOUCHER FROM YOU?

Yes certainly this can be for a set monetary value or a period of hire please contact us for more details.

CAN WE VISIT YOUR SITE TO MEET YOU AND VIEW THE MOTORHOMES?

This can be arranged by contacting us.   Monday's or Friday's are generally the best days, however evenings can be also arranged.

​

DO YOU ALLOW VISITS TO FESTIVALS?

Yes to the majority of festivals, however please contact us to let us know where you plan to go so that we send you our 'Festival's Policy' to check through before making your booking.

WHAT IF WE NEED HELP WHILST WE ARE AWAY?

All our vehicles have quick start guides in them which cover the main features you will require to use and we can also be contacted by phone, message or email whilst you are away should you require any further assistance.​​​​​

CAN WE BOOK AND PAY OVER THE PHONE?

We accept phone bookings and payment, please call or email us if you prefer on the contact details listed on the Contact Us page.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR MOTORHOMES?

Our current motorhomes range from 6.3 to 7.5 metres, 4 berth and 4 seats with seat belts, and 2 berth with 2 seat belts. All our vehicles are less than 24 months old and regularly serviced by Main Dealers.

WHO CAN DRIVE OUR MOTORHOMES?

Anyone who meets the following conditions, please note, if you are unsure, please contact us before booking.

​

i) You are aged between 25 and 75 years of age.
ii) Have held a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of 2 years.
iii) Have not had your licence suspended for any period within the last three years.
iv) Have not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.
v) Have no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.
vi) Have not obtained a BA,DD or UT conviction

WHEN CAN WE PICK UP OUR MOTORHOME?

Collection and handover on the first day of rental is between 2pm and 4pm (unless agreed otherwise in advance).

​

WHEN DOES OUR MOTORHOME HAVE TO BE RETURNED?

Return to site on the last day of hire is between 9am and 11am (unless agreed otherwise in advance).

​

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

If you can send us all the necessary driver details and documentation required for verification by our insurers, and you pay your balance in full, we can usually get you ready to go within 24-48 hours.

I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE?

Many of our customers are first time hirers so rest assured we cover everything with you when you collect the vehicle and we allow additional time should you have any further questions. There is also a quick start guide in all our vehicles which covers the main features you will require to use and our team can be contacted by phone, message or email whilst you are away should you require any further assistance.
